Custom Commission Orders

Step 1: Consultation. This step is free and will be through email communication, starting with the details you enter in the form. The more detail you can give me there, the faster the process takes! I may need to ask additional questions, also via email. Size matters most for physical prints, but I will ask for it on STL requests as well to ensure the file loads in the correct scale on most STL programs. If you need to send me an image or sketch, you will send that through email as well. We’ll discuss all options, including shipping rates if needed. Once I understand the scope of the request, I will provide some estimated costs for you to review before I send the invoice, as well as an estimate on how long the remaining steps might take.

Step 2: Invoice. Orders must be paid for before any design work begins. The invoice will be sent to the email we have been communicating with through Squarespace and will be paid on Squarespace. Once the invoice has been sent, the price will not change. The invoice total will include any taxes, shipping or potential fees that may apply.

Step 3: Design. I will send screenshots at major steps in the process to confirm the design is proceeding the way you envision it. Once I think it is done, I will send another screenshot to confirm you think it is done before I move on to the completion stage.

Step 4: Completion.

- For digital file orders: I will send you a Google Drive link that includes your STL and merch license terms and conditions.

- For physical orders: I will begin printing your beautiful piece of art! Shipping will follow, along with a tracking number to be sent via email if included in the shipping option.

For Step 1: This will vary depending on how much detail you provide, usually a minimum of 1 business day. I respond to emails Monday-Friday between 8 AM - 5 PM EST

For Step 2: I send the invoice as soon as I understand we’ve come to an agreement, and move on to the design step as soon as I can after the invoice has been paid.

For Step 3: Usually less than two weeks, with the exception of holidays. A specific time estimate will be provided during consultation.

For Step 4: Digital files are emailed within 24 hours. Physical orders usually take less than a week, but a specific time estimate will be provided during consultation. Shipping will depend on the method chosen during consultation.

The quote will be based on the total design hours expected. In the case of physical products the cost of printing will be estimated based on the size of the print and the materials used. Taxes will be included on all orders following online commerce regulations. Fees may or may not apply. If shipped outside of the United States, VAT and/or tariffs may be required and will be estimated at the time of the quote, not guessed on based on the shipment date. If you are ordering a digital product, a merch license fee will be included.

Current hourly design rate: $15 per hour (most designs take 3-10 hours)

Current merch license fee: $10 per STL

Yes! Pricing estimates will be provided based on the physical product structure with the addition of the merch license fee added to it. No other additions will be required to get both products as part of the same order.

Yes! Let me know if you’re interested in that and we can work out which event you would like to pick it up from. There is no separate fee for event pickup. If the event pickup falls through (for illness or any other reason) and shipping ends up being required, a separate invoice will be sent for associated shipping costs only.

I generally do not sculpt NSFW content. I will let you know during consultation if a request is not possible. I reserve the right to deny or end discussions if necessary with a single reason.
